BOBtheEphemeral • 1 year ago

it's inconsiderate of others to post spoilers
without using the appropriate method.

Regardless of whether you think that someone
would read an episodes comments only after watching.

Also, posting a cliffhanger spoiler is one of the
greatest form of such an offense; second only to
posting a spoiler of a later plot point.

Sojtus • 1 year ago

Oh come on, that is hardly a spoiler. Without having any context, this could mean so many things.

Plus comment sections primary purpose is to talk about what happened in the episode. Unless you don´t mind spoilers, don´t read commnets discussing what happened. That is just common sense.

THE OMNI KING • 1 year ago

exactly like wtf do u want me to comment

Funny, it's almost like I had included that statement in anticipation of your response..

The thing is: the existence of people doing foolish things [past, present, or future] does not inherently validate repeating or perpetuating similar foolish behavior.
The idea of supporting a premise purely because of a repeating phenomenon or tradition is nothing more than a fallacy, and is by definition founded out of illogical reasoning.

Failing to identify fallacies (especially ones like this) is unfortunately something that will twist a healthy mind, and will almost inevitably be the driving force behind future potential shortcomings.

Anyway..

You'd have to be utterly simple to honestly believe that someone—
even those who seem to lack some basic cognitive skills—
would, after having seen even so little as the trailer, not feel relatively confident of the assumed identity
of an otherwise unspecified "her".

There may be "other possible candidates" for that unknown, but there has been minimal content that has done anything beyond scratching the surface of potential backstories.
The fact alone that it didn't feel necessary to clarify an identity beyond a pronoun is a screamingly blatant proof of this.

And as far as the 'purpose for', or my 'expected use' of comment sections; you could discuss anything from spoilers, to predictions, to current-episode details.

That is just common sense.

What apparently isn't common sense is a consideration for the general populous to discuss sensitive plot details

using the appropriate method

which is not only

common sense

, but also as simple as present company.

My apologies: I unfortunately suffer fools much more poorly than most.

Look I can make pointless paragraphs too!

I guess in all technicality you did make paragraphs.

You not only failed to add anything meaningful,
but as a result of using a plain text copypasta,
you inadvertently posted spoilers in place of what was properly formatted..

I suppose I understand why someone would try to poke fun at someone for being rather format-heavy, though I'm surprised that someone would willingly make themselves look like such a dim bulb for such a mediocre payoff?

Zian.24 • 12 months ago

Pls don't spoil it ..Im into animation so don't even read the manga.

Georg Elpons • 4 months ago

Dont think trans gender people, think of it as an illness. Cant imagine it myself, but whatever makes one happy, should be the thing they do (as long it isnt killing or hurting other people).

Roronoa05 • 4 months ago

Liv • 3 months ago

I feel like it´s her brother that winded up in his sisters body when she killed him or sum like that in a race if I remember that correctly but then again if it was he/seh wouldn´t have tried to kiss himself/herself because it is somewhat weird to people to be attracted to your sibling (and I don´t think they were going for something like this either)

I mean animes were always open to anything (think about the wincest). There was lesbians, gays etc. before the west even brought it to any tv show. Sailor moon had an lesbian couple in it as example.
So if they want to make a girl to a transgender, ok than she is one. Doesnt make this anime, a bad one.

Nearly forgot the many traps in animes, were boys are lookalike a woman or vice versa.

As the next episode tells, its a pretty important plot point of this anime.

he's not trans dumbass, he's literally the brain of a boy transplanted into another body. it's explained next episode. dumbass.

Kane bourgeois • 7 months ago

i dont fw trans dropped

Faizan Imran • 10 months ago

Chill out bro , by the context given in this episode there was nothing that indicated to what u just said so you are the dumass here . He just commented his thoughts on the episode 😒.

bot0000 • 10 months ago

he tried to kiss his own reflection and said stuff like "it's going to sound crazy, but it's true". being trans is a bit weird, not crazy; there were hints. disregarding that, he's a dumbass for thinking anybody cared about him dropping the anime.

BOBtheEphemeral • 9 months ago

There's nothing 'weird' about being transgender.
People who identify differently than what's assigned by their chromosomes have existed in every culture.
Including numerous cultures that not only accepted their identity and lifestyle, but also there are many cases where they performed important roles within their communities.

What's weird is the phobic actions and ideals of those who can only be assumed to be at the low end of the spectrum of those who have a sub triple-digit IQ.
